Vendor Setup

Saturday, August 9

We are anticipating that the festival will be held outside, in front of the Iron Trail Motors Event Center. We continue to watch the weather and will update our website and Facebook page with any changes. Pride will be held rain or shine.

Set up can begin as early as 7 a.m. The primary check-in and set-up for vendors begins at 8 a.m. All vendors need to be set up by 9:45 a. m. All vendor booths should stay set up until 4 p.m.

Vendor spots will all be assigned a number/location on a first come basis make sure we have a "full" event and help prevent any spaces if a vendor is not able to make it last minute.

Our 2026 Theme

Our beginning

Just a short 5 years ago, we put together our first Range Iron Pride. With little advertising and an incredibly fast planning timeline, our original organizers put together a small, intimate event that was the start of building community for LGBTQ people on the range.

We are growing fast

In 2023, we moved our event from the Park at Silver Lake to the Iron Trail Motors Event Center to better accomodate our growth and event size.

in 2024, we featured nearly 40 vendors and built a network of more than 75 local businesses (all listed in our community directory) who showed their support to our community.

Moving Forward

Our 5th Annual Pride Festival is here to entertain us, celebrate and be a springboard to continue building support and belonging for the LGBTQ community on the Iron Range.
