Vendor Setup

We are anticipating that the festival will be held outside, in front of the Iron Trail Motors Event Center. We continue to watch the weather and will update our website and Facebook page with any changes. Pride will be held rain or shine.
Set up can begin as early as 7 a.m. The primary check-in and set-up for vendors begins at 8 a.m. All vendors need to be set up by 10:30 a. m. All vendor booths must stay set up until 4 p.m.
Vendor spots will all be assigned a number/location on a first come basis make sure we have a "full" event and help prevent any spaces if a vendor is not able to make it last minute.
